We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice.

GraphHelix is a tool for researchers and does not provide professional statistical consulting, medical advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. The AI-generated interpretations are assistive in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for consequential decisions.
AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. You are responsible for validating all AI-generated content, including test recommendations, assumption checks, and result interpretations, before using them in publications, reports, or decision-making.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraphHelix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@graphhelix.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
